Bespoke ordering process
If you like our style and want something uniquie, than the best choice for you is our bespoke services. I always advise to start ordering process as soon as you have your wedding date and venue booked but at least 6 months before your wedding. I take booking 18 – 24 months in advance of a wedding date and means you can secure studio availability for your designs.
Drop us an email with any details you have (pin’s from Pinterest are welcome as well) and we will get back to you within 24 hours and we will arrange a one to one consultation with you (Skype, Face Time, Facebook messenger video chat or a coffee meeting).
On the consultation I’ll ask you a lot of questions. Before our consultation I will send you some of these questions, so you will have a time to think about them.
Once we have discussed your ideas I will send you a quote for approval. After you approved a quote to start your design, I require 50% non-refundable deposit. All information (date, names etc.) that you want to be printed on your stationery must be e-mailed.
I will than create your bespoke design and send you a PDF proof of your chosen design with your informations. If there are any changes needed I’ll offer three rounds of small (text, come colours) modification free of charge, please allow another 5 business days for these changes. After the third round any further modification will incur a charge of €15 per modification. Once the digital proof has been signed off I require the full payment.
After I received your signed digital proof (PDF) printing will begin and the wedding invites will be sent to you soon. I’ll only print your stationery once you have signed off your digital proofs. I’ll inform you when the printing is done and I’ll inform your before I post your items. Your finished wedding set will be carefully packaged and delivered to an address you provide. If you want to personalise your invitations please contact us, so we can send you the excel sheet to fill out with your quests names.
